HOW TO BUY

1. Please Login / Register before you continue. Click Here To Register or Login.
2. Select one of categories available or you can click New Arrivals for the latest products.
3. Choose the product you like then click on the Product Image to continue
4. Choose the desired “ Size “ ( You can read further more about product sizing below. )
5. Click “ ADD TO CART “ to confirm the chosen product.
6. Choose other products if you like to continue shopping. Repeat Step 3 to 5.
7. After finishing your shopping, you can Click “ CHECKOUT “ or you can re-check Your Cart on the left side table under the Categories.
8. You can also enter the Coupon Code ( if any ), change your shipping address, and add
    message during this process.
9. Click CHECKOUT untill CONFIRM to finalize your Order.
10. If the Checkout Process Successful, you will receive a Notification Email regarding your order details. Please continue to finalize and re-confirm your payment to our Customer Support by email and/or SMS to 0856 81 99000.
11. Your email or message will be replied in maximum 1 x 24 hours.


PRODUCT SIZING

Due to various Different Sizing by each Brand. Masoko eClothing have decided to CONVERT all size into Local Asian Size. Note that Customers may received different Tag of Size from the one you ordered.

Generally we divide our sizing into :

Slimfit Tshirt  ( width x length in cm )
S  : 48 x 66
M  : 50 x 68
L  : 52 x 70
XL  : 54 – 55 x 72-75

Slimfit Shirt & Polo
S  : 50 x 70-75
M : 52 x 72-77
L  : 54 x 74-79
XL : 56 x 76 – 81
XXL : 58-59 x 78-83

( please add 2 to 3 cms each for Regular Fit )

Packaging

Your orders will be packed in a standard envelope. If you prefer your order to be packed as a Gift, please purchase our Wrapping Service. You can Click Here to directly go to “ Gift Box and Wrapping “ category.


Shipping

For local shipment we recommend TikiJNE as our prime choice for our Customers, TikiJNE also provide a guaranteed 1-Day-Service ( YES ). If you like, you can also request for other premium service such as DHL, FedEx, or RPX for local and international shipping. Shipping Guarantee(s)

Once your package officially received by any of the Shipping Company, it’s now confirmed that your package is taken care and taken responsibilities by the Shipping Company. Any damages, lost and other particular accident that might happen will be refered as the shipping company’s obligation. Nevertheless, Masoko eClothing will help and guide you on the process.
